O’DONNELL COMMERCIALS COMPLETES OVER 57,000 SF OF 

MEDICAL LEASING ACTIVITY

SAINT CHARLES, IL (December 2020) –Kevin O’Donnell, President, and Meredith Klug, Vice President, of O’Donnell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. completed 57,614 square feet of medical lease transactions in the month of November.

At 1555 Barrington Road in Hoffman Estates, the firm represented building ownership in the recent lease renewals to AMITA/Ascencion (Presence) Hospital Group.  Piers Pritchard of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the transactions that totaled over 50,000 square feet.  The property is directly connected to the hospital and is owned and operated by Healthcare Realty Trust as part of their 211-property medical portfolio.

Edgewood, A LifeStance Health Company that has locations in over 20 states and connects more than 2,000 mental health professionals, leased 5,809 square feet at 55 E. Loop Road in Wheaton.  O’Donnell Commercial represented Wheaton Towne Center while David Hamilton of Tenant Advisors represented Edgewood.

In Palos Heights, O’Donnell Commercial represented both Dr. Khan, an Internal Medicine specialist, and building ownership in a lease renewal at 7600 College Drive.  The medical office building is also occupied by Parkview Orthopaedic Group & Sports Med, PMI Diagnostic Imaging, Kim & Calvert pediatric practice, Contemporary Endodontics, and many more medical practices.
