In our September newsletter last year we discussed the extreme growth Huntley, Illinois is experiencing, "From the years of 2000 to 2008, the town quadrupled its population...and from 2010 to 2012 the population increased an additional 10%.  As the amount of rooftops increase, the need for physicians will follow.

In today’s LinkedIn headlines we noticed an article titled, “What Realtors do for Sellers.”  This article outlined all the items residential real estate agents prepare before meeting with a prospective client in order to better understand the subject property.

Last Tuesday, Naperville City Council members approved the installation of an electric car charging station at the Van Buren parking lot.  According to council members, there is a significant need for such a station as members of Naperville and visitors to the city already own electric vehicles.

O’Donnell Commercial is very excited to announce our latest marketing venture for property marketing.  We have collaborated with a text message marketing company to bring call capturing and QR codes to property signage.  These items will allow prospects to text anytime of the day or night and automatically receive customized information on that property.
